General Terms

We provide cleaning services for homes and offices across Adelaide. When you book a service with us, it means you agree to the rules on this page.

Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings need to be confirmed before the job starts. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please tell us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If it’s cancelled too late, a fee may apply.

Payments

Payment is usually made after the job is finished unless we agree on something different. You can pay by cash or bank transfer, or another method we confirm with you.

Access to Property

You must make sure we can safely enter the property at the booked time. If we cannot get access, extra charges may apply because the job cannot be completed.

What We Clean

We only do the cleaning tasks that were agreed when you booked. If you ask for extra work on the day, there may be extra costs.

Insurance & Responsibility

We are fully insured. We take care while cleaning, but we are not responsible for damage that was already there or items that are not suitable to clean.

If You’re Not Happy

If something doesn’t feel right, please tell us within 24 hours. We will check the issue and try to fix it.

Photos

Sometimes we may take photos before or after cleaning. This is only to show the work we have done and keep quality records*.

Changes

We may update these rules from time to time. Please check this page again if needed.
